REPORT of the 'hearing' in Regina v Scarth, Leeds Magistrates' Court, Thursday 2nd February 2012.

A thick wad of ‘evidence’(??) & two CDs arrived by post from the Crown Prosecution Service just minutes before I was due to leave for the court. Obviously I didn’t have time to do more than glance at them. All credit to the five staunch supporters who turned up, but disappointing there weren't more.

No reflection on those who live far away, but with a million people living in the Leeds & Bradford area, there could easily have been a thousand - and there should have been! Not that they should necessarily have been 'supporters', just observers, concerned at what is happening in our courts. Through ‘Security Scanning’ without hostility from staff this time (though there was plenty when leaving!)

Outside Courtroom No. 1 Adam Roxborough asked to have ‘a quiet word’ with me. I said, “No, this is a public building, let everybody hear” & the ‘robust’ exchanges between us (me more than him!) delighted the score or so people present. He said he was a self-employed barrister from Manchester& knew nothing of this case until given his instructions that morning. At the hearing three weeks ago, the Crown Prosecution Service had asked for an adjournment, the reason being that THEY had asked the police to “undertake a large number of actions in respect of the case”. One would assume they were searching for more charges, more serious charges to throw at me? In fact the three weeks of searching by large numbers of CPS staff had brought the opposite result.

Roxborough told me the charges had been reduced so the case would NOT be heard in a Crown Court & the charges were NOT imprisonable. Now wasn’t that nice of the CPS? No, it certainly was NOT ‘nice’ at all - but because they are DESPERATE that a jury shall not hear the full horror story!

He then told me that ‘the court’ itself had decided the case was to be transferred to Manchester Magistrates’ Court. “For your benefit!” I said, but he denied this. With no threat of imprisonment now I said ”So you will only take my old age pension from me?” I complained at the documents only reaching me as I was setting off for court.

HE said, outrageously, “That’s the trouble with the Post Office these days”. I said the only reply to that was a word which rhymed with SCALLOPS! (in fact the postmark showed it had only been posted the day before!) In court it was District Judge Roy Anderson again. I challenged the jurisdiction of the court, denounced him as a usurper & a fraud, that he was a crooked lawyer masquerading as a magistrate. I offered up my Sworn Affidavit & said it must now be part of the court record. There followed garbage from Anderson – he didn’t scuttle away this time. He even said “You can leave if you want, if you don’t think this is a court of law. You can’t have it both ways. It doesn’t bother me whether you go or stay” – as though I had some choice in the matter! Had I failed to turn up at the ‘hearing’ they would probably have sent a Jean Charles Menezes Death Squad after me! Bail conditions bar me from the Leeds 17 area: I asked that the bail be unconditional as I have friends & relatives there: he refused & said, “Appeal to Crown Court”.

A big bellied 'Security’ psychopath threw me violently out through doors of the courtroom - many police saw this assault but did nothing. As the police were ‘escorting’ me out of the building I asked them why they were not arresting the criminals. The five supporters & I had cups of tea at the Town Hall Tavern; I then caught bus to Bradford, & another bus home. “And so to bed”, as Samuel Pepys was wont to say. Though traumatic, on reflection it has been an EXCELLENT day. WATCH THIS SPACE! Norman Scarth.

PS: At least as bad as the persecution of me is the CRIMINAL waste of public money! NINE police travelling from Leeds to Bradford to spring the COMPLETELY unlawful 'Honey Trap' on me (plus whoever authorised it, & those holding me captive in Bradford Nick), THREE court 'hearings' already - with more to come! Heaven knows how many CPS staff & 'Forensic Experts' involved in searching through my illegally seized computer & mobile phone, & even worse, STILL holding the computer of the lady who did nothing more than give me a lift in her car. The eventual response to her many enquiries was, "It has gone away for Forensic Examination, & because it is 'Low Priority' we have no idea when it will be back". So this whole thing is 'Low Priority'???? And the police are going to have great difficulty 'protecting' us because of 'financial cutbacks'? Trite but true - 'You couldn't make it up!' NS.

CAREER CROOKED : Investigation reveals Scottish judges are CONVICTED CRIMINALS, Drunk Drivers,Tax Dodgers & alleged BENEFITS CHEATS

Judges appointed by Scottish Ministers on the say so of other judges have become convicted criminals & alleged Benefits cheats yet Lord Advocate wont name them. AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION by Diary of Injustice into cover ups within the Scottish Judiciary and a lack of a judicial register of interests has revealed a number of Scottish Judges who can earn up to £200K a year have been investigated & charged with, or have PLED GUILTY to a string of CRIMINAL CHARGES while at least one other judge has been charged with BENEFITS FRAUD.

However, prosecutors are so worried for the positions of some of the judges who have handed down guilty verdicts on criminal cases brought before them in court, the Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) HAS REFUSED to disclose the identities of any of the judges involved, for fear of sparking investigations into their conduct while in office and calls for a wider investigation into Scotland’s judiciary. The information came to light after Diary of Injustice was handed details of cases where judges have either been interviewed, charged, or cautioned by Police with regards to their conduct outside of the courtroom. As part of the still ongoing investigations, Diary of Injustice approached the Crown Office using Freedom of Information laws to seek details of members of the judiciary who had been prosecuted for criminal offences in the past few years. The Crown Office, who issued two lengthy responses to FOI requests but refused to name any of the judges involved, even the benefits cheat, admitted several judges had been charged with, & had pled guilty to criminal offences. In comparison, if a member of the public is charged or convicted of Benefits offences by a Scottish judge, the Crown Office are more than eager to share the information with the media, pictures of the accused or those found guilty and issue lengthy comments about how the system catches those who deserve. Apparently not though when it comes to catching a crooked judge.

Mr Anthony McGeechan, the Deputy Director of Serious Casework for the Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service said in his letter : “I can advise that the database operated by COPFS does not contain data that would allow COPFS to identify cases where the accused was a member of the judiciary. COPFS uses a live,operational case management system which is specifically designed to receive criminal and death reports from the police and other specialist reporting agencies and to manage these cases for prosecution purposes.The information held on the system is structured for these operational needs, rather than for statistical reporting or research purposes.” However, as I have identified, Procurators Fiscals report cases where an allegation is made against a member of the judiciary to Crown Office. A hard copy file dating from 2007 is held at Crown Office. The information held in that file is that that 7 members of the judiciary have been reported to COPFS for criminal offences between 2007 and the present day. The courts have indicated that the most important safeguard in that regard is an absolute guarantee against publication. In particular, I consider that the details of charges contained within a report to the Procurator Fiscal from the police or other reporting agency are not necessarily a reflection of any charges which the Procurator Fiscal may bring or deem appropriate and to release these to the public could cause speculation over an allegation without it having been tested in open court. Having considered the circumstances of this particular case, I have come to the conclusion that the public interest falls overwhelmingly in maintaining the exemptions in this instance.

The released information disclosed the following criminal cases involving Scottish judges came in a further reply from the Director of Serious Casework for the Crown Office, David Harvie : COPFS CRIMINAL CHARGES JUDGES SCOTLAND• 3 contraventions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, section 89 – all pled guilty – sentences of £120 and 4 penalty points; £400 and 6 penalty points and £140 and 3 penalty points.

• 1 contravention of the Road Traffic Act 1988, section 143 with an alternative charge of a contravention of section 165 of that Act – pled guilty to the alternative charge – sentence of £100

• 1 contravention of the Road Traffic Act 1988, section 5(1)(a) – pled guilty – sentence of £650 and disqualification from driving for 2 years

• 1 contravention of the Road Traffic Act 1988, section 3 – pled guilty – sentence of £200 and 4 penalty points

• 1 contravention of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, section 111A(1)(a) – plea of not guilty has been entered and the case is presently ongoing

However, the Crown Office REFUSED to release any further information on the cases, citing fears the public may be able to speculate on the nature & seriousness of the allegations & criminal charges made against the judges who Scotland’s prosecutors are increasingly relying on to hand down verdicts in cases where the Crown Office fails to present accurate or substantive evidence against accused. Mr McGeechan continued : “The courts have indicated that the most important safeguard in that regard is an absolute guarantee against publication. In particular, I consider that the details of charges contained within a report to the Procurator Fiscal from the police or other reporting agency are not necessarily a reflection of any charges which the Procurator Fiscal may bring or deem appropriate and to release these to the public could cause speculation over an allegation without it having been tested in open court. Having considered the circumstances of this particular case, I have come to the conclusion that the public interest falls overwhelmingly in maintaining the exemptions in this instance.” Mr McGeechan also admitted in one of the cases where ANOTHER judge had been charged with committing a criminal offence, there was “insufficient evidence to justify criminal proceedings”, a term now familiar in Scotland where members of the justice system appear to have escaped criminal proceedings on multiple occasions after ‘Crown Counsel” gave their usual ‘independent instructions’ not to proceed like in the case of the FOURTEEN LAWYERS who were not prosecuted for millions of pounds worth of LEGAL AID FRAUD after Crown Counsel gave similar instructions claiming a lack of evidence to prosecute.

The Crown Office admitted : “The one case that was not prosecuted, having carefully considered the facts and circumstances of this case, Crown Counsel gave an independent instruction that there was insufficient admissible evidence to justify criminal proceedings.” While the information disclosed by the Crown Office, which can be viewed online here : Crown Office : Criminal Charges against Scottish Judges does not contain any names of members of the judiciary, Diary of Injustice has been made aware of other cases of a criminal nature involving Scottish judges, now being looked into by journalists. A solicitor speaking to Diary of Injustice yesterday said it was a very serious matter that members of the judiciary who have been convicted of or are charged with criminal offences, appear to be hiding behind exemptions to Freedom of Information legislation so the public don't get to find out their identities.

He said : “Clearly it is the public interest the identities of those serving on the bench who have criminal records be released. It is also of fundamental importance to the proper administration of justice that it be established what kinds of cases have been heard by these sheriffs or judges and how the cases concluded. There could well be some miscarriages of justice in all of this.” The ongoing investigation by Diary of Injustice into members of Scotland’s judiciary has already revealed a series of judges appear to be involved in OFFSHORE TAX AVOIDANCE schemes, associations with convicted criminals & organised crime, prostitution rackets, accepting hospitality & payments from well known corrupt solicitors representing dodgy law firms while others on the bench are engaging in questionable investments & duties which appear to be in conflict with their positions as members of the judiciary. All sheriffs appointed in Scotland by Scottish Ministers are recommended to the position by the Lord President, after being considered by the Judicial Appointments Board for Scotland, a Scottish Government quango stuffed full of High Court judges, sheriffs, lawyers & quangocrats who earn £290 per day for choosing judges to fill vacant seats on the bench. As there is no Judicial Register of Interests in Scotland at this time, there are little if no requirements for judges to disclose their criminal records or dodgy financial interests. However, a public petition has been filed with the Scottish Parliament on this matter, now being addressed by other jurisdictions around the world such as New Zealand who are moving ahead with a Register of Pecuniary Interests of Judges Bill.

Figures show one in five children lose contact with a parent after separation

Millions of children from broken homes are to be granted new rights to a 'full and continuing relationship' with both their parents.

The move is designed to ensure that the parent who leaves the family home – most commonly the father – cannot be cut out of their children's lives following an acrimonious separation. Ministers have decided that a change in the law is vital in the face of heartbreaking evidence that huge numbers of youngsters whose families split up lose contact with one parent for ever.

Courts will be put under a duty to ensure that unless their welfare is threatened by staying in touch with either their mother or father, children have an 'equal right to a proper relationship with both'. Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg have dismissed objections from Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke and overturned the findings of a major review of family law which was published last year. On Monday, the Government will announce a ministerial working group that will draw up radical changes to the 1989 Children Act. The Act states that the child's needs come first in law courts, but campaigners for fathers' rights complain that judges repeatedly pander to the idea that mothers are 'more important' than fathers.

Unmarried fathers say they are often at a particular disadvantage, having to apply for a 'parental responsibility order' through a court or have one granted through an agreement with the mother. 'The Act is going to be rewritten,' said a Government source. 'The welfare of children must of course remain paramount – but alongside that there will be an equal right for a child to have a proper relationship with both parents. 'There should be no inbuilt legal bias towards the father or mother, and where there are no welfare issues, we want to see this principle reinforced through law.

'This is about children. We want to be clear that both parents should have a full and continuing role in their children's life after a separation.' Ministers will pledge £10million for mediation services to encourage more couples to settle their disputes out of court. Children's Minister Tim Loughton says: 'The courts are rarely the best place for resolving private disputes about the care of children. That's why we want to see greater use of mediation to solve parental disputes out of court.

'It is also right that we continue to encourage fathers to take responsibility as equal parents and to be fully involved with their children from the outset.' The decision overturns the main finding of a family justice review, conducted for the Ministry of Justice by businessman David Norgrove, which was published in November. It concluded that giving fathers shared or equal time, or even the right to maintain a meaningful relationship with their children, 'would do more harm than good'.

The proposals immediately sparked a Cabinet revolt, led by Mr Duncan Smith and Mr Clegg, who insisted that the law must be amended to strengthen fathers' rights. Official figures show that one in five children from broken homes lose touch with their absent parent, usually their father, within three years and never see them again.

Stone's report proves definitively that the official story of 3/11, like that of 9/11, is a poorly woven fabric of lies and inconsistencies.

Drone photos show that the containment walls of Reactors 1, 3, and 4 were obliterated. Concrete walls 4 - 8 feet thick were blown to dust, leaving only skeletal rebar. Hydrogen, at such low pressure, could never have wrought such massive destruction. It would defy laws of physics, as well as historical precedent. The destruction of Reactor 4's containment walls was a clear case of sabotage. It had no fuel in it, so it was not operating. Yet it blew sky high. Reactor 3 vanished completely, core and all, after exploding into a mushroom cloud. Claims by Arnie Gundersen that the explosions resulted from "prompt criticality" don't wash. Reactor core meltdowns do not produce mushroom clouds. Nuclear weapons do that. Moreover, Gundersen, "expert" mouthpiece for the MSM and alternative media outlets, has been outed by real professionals in his field as a fraud. The foregoing facts are clear enough to the untrained eye. More subtle are signs of sabotage within the power plants' control systems. Seeing these takes more brainpower. You need to visualize the unfamiliar. You have to find out what switch gear is. There's a dry official report to hump through, diagrams at which to squint. You have to scroll toward the bottom of Stone's report for this section. It has no proper title. Just keep your eyes peeled for the first sentence:

"Fukushima was impossible."

This section was the kernel of Stone's investigation. It is a crystalline lattice of logic and evidence that obliterates the official story of the reactors' destruction as completely as the reactors were themselves destroyed.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED?

According to officialdom, the reactors exploded because the cores overheated. The emergency cooling systems failed because the backup generators were flooded by the tsunami. All of this is bogus. First, a careful reading of an official report from the World Nuclear Association reveals that the tsunami did not flood the generators. There was another cause for their malfunction. Second, three of the nine cooling systems needed no electricity. They used steam power from the reactor cores. They were the real emergency systems. Swamped generators would therefore have been irrelevant.

Third, these three passive systems kicked in at Reactors 1 and 3. Then the valves that fed them steam were shut. This required a command. It was a deliberate act. Who, or what, shut those valves? The most likely answer points to Dimona, Israel's "nuclear research" center.

ENTER STUXNET

Israeli security firm Magna BSP landed a security contract at Fukushima Daiichi shortly after Japan offered to enrich uranium for Iran. Soon after Magna BSP arrived, cybersecurity giant Symantec reported that the Stuxnet virus had infiltrated thousands of computers in Japan. This is significant because Stuxnet is an Israeli invention. Magna BSP, an Israeli firm, had no previous history outside of contracts with Dimona, where the Stuxnet virus was born. Stuxnet works by disrupting industrial hydraulics, the pipes and valves that drove Fukushima's cooling systems. Stuxnet runs amok while sending normal readings to the engineers at their control stations. Israel is documented to have used this virus to damage centrifuges at a nuclear facility in Iran.

The cooling systems at Fukushima were controlled by Siemens software, which the Stuxnet virus was designed specifically to attack. Stuxnet can be administrated via the kind of data link that Magna BSP installed before scramming back to Israel just prior to the disaster. As a hypothesis, Stuxnet explains why the generators failed. It explains how the valves in the passive cooling systems got shut. It explains why engineers are still getting containment pressure readings from Reactor 3, even though the containment is no longer there, and it explains a lot of other things as well.

If you want to debunk the Stuxnet hypothesis, you're going to have your work cut out for you. If Stuxnet was a duck, then everything about what happened at Fukushima would be quacking like one.

CONCLUSION

On 3/11/11, Reactors 1, 2, 3, and 4 were utterly destroyed, with 1, 3, and 4 suspiciously exploding. Though Stone only got direct evidence of a nuke planted at Reactor 3, which produced the mushroom cloud, it is rational to believe Reactors 1 and 4 also had them, with 4 exploding even though it had no fuel core installed at the time.

The lesser magnitude of the explosions at Reactors 1 and 4 can be attributed to the fact that gun-type nukes are not consistent in their yield. Reactor 3's detonation might also have gotten a boost from the pressure released in a reactor pressure vessel breach -- a sensible conclusion in that the reactor is completely gone. Stuxnet appears to have affected all of the reactors' control systems, crippling generators and shutting valves. Problems at Reactor 2 appear to be Stuxnet-related only. All four were fatalities. But of course, don't take my word for it. Go and study the report for yourself.

AROUND 100 protesters descended on York Minster today in protest at the Archbishop of York’s comments over gay marriage.

He said Prime Minister David Cameron would be like a “dictator” if he permitted homosexual couples to get married. Dr Sentamu, the second most senior cleric in the Church of England, said marriage must remain a union between a man and a woman. In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, the Archbishop said marriage was set in history and the state could not change it overnight. His comments were condemned by those attending the protest outside the gothic cathedral. Cem Turhan, 20, a second year philosophy and politics student, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans-gender officer at York University, organised today’s protest. He said he hoped to meet the Archbishop to discuss his comments. He said: “We have come here today to show our anger at Dr Sentamu’s comments.

“We are showing unity and coming together with the aim of spreading the message about same-sex marriage. “What he said was completely wrong. Marriage is a civil right, we should not allow religion to dictate what it is.” Following the speeches, some protesters sang songs on the steps of the Great West Door as members of the public looked on. Dr Sentamu returned to the UK from a trip to Jamaica today, the Yorkshire Post understands. He is not expected to comment on today’s protest.

Like millions of others, my wife and I have been enjoying the PBS Masterpiece series, "Downton Abbey." Set in an English Manor House during World War One, the costume drama depicts the prevalent attitude to the war: that a man's virility and honor are measured by his willingness to sacrifice his life for his country. There is no questioning the necessity of this war, or that it may be a sinister ruse.

In fact, the only character who is cynical about the war is the villain, Thomas, who engineers a minor injury to escape service. We see the young heir to the Estate, Matthew Crawley paralyzed from the waist down. This is what happens when you run into a hail of machine gun fire and mortar shells. He seems surprised by the consequences of his "heroism." He will never be able to walk, or to procreate. This is what the Illuminati (Masonic) bankers wanted, to destroy Europe's best.

The Masonic bankers were only a few hundred, and many were getting old. They were better at making deals, having gay sex and performing child sacrifices. They were not capable, all by themselves, of slaughtering millions of strong, young men. So they patiently concocted a world war. This had the advantage of being highly profitable. They owned the companies that made the machine guns and munitions that maimed and killed the young men. Their overall goal was to bring down Christian civilization. Thus Max Nordau, co-founder of the World Zionist (i.e. Mason) Organization was able to predict WWI in 1903: "Let me tell you the following words as if I were showing you the rungs of a ladder leading upward and upward: Herzl, the Zionist Congress, the English Uganda proposition, the future world war, the peace conference - where with the help of England a free and Jewish Palestine will be created." Thus with Freemasons controlling both sides, it was easy to manipulate the Kaiser into attacking Belgium. The "mediator" was Albert Bellin, a prominent Jewish businessman and friend of the Kaiser. Together with the English, he managed to mislead the Kaiser as to England's intentions. To quote Andrei Krylienko (The Red Thread): "An ambiguous statement by the British on the side of France and Russia, could still, as the French ambassador to Germany reported, have led Germany to decide against aggression...In short, war was not decided upon by Wilhelm II...but by the occult powers...by whose intrigues [it] was made to seem ineluctable." (155) Wilhelm quickly recognized that he had fallen into a carefully laid trap.

In A Child of the Century, Ben Hecht wrote, "the Twentieth Century was cut off at its knees by World War One." The same can be said of mankind which has a cancer at its core. We are at the mercy of a multi-generational satanic conspiracy which is nearing consummation.
