This massive cop and bailiff attack at Dale Farm is NOT confined to travellers sites, men en masse are having the same treatment as they are relieved of their land and property by the crown thugs acting on behalf of a masonic judiciary repossessing(thieving) land and property on the back of malicious court procedures that are NOTHING to do with justice and everything to do with massive land and property theft that freemasons are behind.Cops in riot gear are a regular part of property theft.

1.COME TO DALE FARM: The dates of the eviction have now been revealed: bailiffs and police will start ‘securing’ the site from 12th Sept, and will start taking out caravans/bull dozing homes on the week 19th September. We URGENTLY need people to come down to Dale Farm from the week of the 12th to support the community as the eviction approaches. The eviction is likely to be protracted (90 families will be evicted plot by plot from 50+ plots). It will take a mass flow of supporters over this entire period (from 12th Sept until the end of September) to fend off bailiffs and stop the destruction of this community.

On 19th September Basildon Council and the coalition government who are financing this will face a moral challenge to explain to thousands of people and the world’s assembled media why they are choosing to make over 100 children homeless and remove them from their schools. The eviction has been condemned by a broad coalition of groups, including Amnesty International, trade-unionists, and anti-racism groups. The 19th will be a critical day for the residents, but if you can get there sooner your presence will be a massive boost for residents and supporters who have already joined Camp Constant. If you are coming to the demo on 10th Sept, bring a sleeping bag and a toothbrush and stay for as long as you can. Our ability to stop this ethnic cleansing is now almost entirely down to numbers- so come on down! For more information and to sign up to the sms eviction notification, see here.

    2. DEMO: Join us at Wickford Station at 1pm, Saturday 10th Sept, to march to Dale Farm. Residents and supporters will march together, in peace, at 1pm. Poster here. Call out here. Bring banners. You can get a train to Wickford from Liverpool Street (just 35 mins), or contact: savedalefarm@gmail.com or check the website for details of coaches leaving from other locations.

    3. PETITION: The UN has called on the government to suspend the “immature and unwise” eviction, saying it would “disproportionately affect the lives of the Gypsy and Traveller families, particularly women, children and older people”. There is a petition to sign here – please do sign it.

    4. DONATE: We very much need to keep funds flowing in – large numbers of supporters on site need to be fed, legal observers need training and equipment, site phones need credit, banners need making, posters need printing, and so on. If you can, please help.

This goes much further than evicting travellers. MEN en masse are being evicted by the judicial mafia implicated in the freemasonic theft of land and property across the UK. The Dale Farm protest shows how the system works to prop up the rich landowners who are all part of a vile and corrupt establishment that has stolen the UK from the peasants using judicial slight of hand and who have been stripped of their right to own land and property lost generations ago by the thugs who now CLAIM to own the bulk of the land and property throughout the UK.

Families facing eviction from Dale Farm this month made a plea for MP Eric Pickles to meet them.

At a press conference on Friday morning they said they hope the can convince Mr Pickles, the secretery of state for communities, to stop his department's support and funding for the eviction. Elderly travellers who say the eviction will dramatically effect them also spoke to media. Mr Pickles is behind the new Localism Bill, which will put an end to retrospective planning permission and his department is paying £1.2million towards basildon Council's eviction bill.

Emotions ran high as the travellers told how they have nowhere to go. One woman said she feared for her son, who suffers from Downs Syndrome and relies on a breathing machine, while a couple in their 70s said they are dreading the eviction. Speaking at a press conference at Dale Farm, the two groups presented a united front and said they were committed to non-violent resistance.

It follows reports that up to 2,000 protesters are set to descend on the site to exploit the situation and to clash with bailiffs and police. The travellers deny that booby traps have been set. The groups say that hundreds of children and infirm elderly people face losing their homes and will be forced out of the community they have lived in for 10 years. Both travellers and supporters have promised to resist eviction without violence.

Meanwhile, the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination today expressed deep regret at the insistence of authorities to proceed with the eviction. "We call on the government to suspend the planned eviction, which would disproportionately affect the lives of the gypsy and traveller families, particularly women, children and older people," the committee members said.

A VERY RARE OCCASION WHEN THE UN MAKE ANY SENSE

    Advance unedited version
Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
    79th session

    8 August – 2 September 2011

    Statement on Dale Farm

The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination meeting in its 79th session from 8 August to 2 September 2011 expresses its deep regret at the insistence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland authorities to proceed with the eviction of Gypsy and Traveller Families at the Dale Farm in Essex before identifying and providing culturally appropriate accommodation.

The Committee considered the combined eighteenth to twentieth report of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on 23 and 24 August 2011 during its current session. The issue of Dale Farm was extensively discussed with the delegation of the State party. The Committee will issue its concluding observations on all nine States parties considered at its 79th session, including the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Friday, 2 September 2011.

The Committee also considered this issue under its Early Warning and Urgent Action Procedure.

Taking into account Articles 2 and 5 of the International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) and the Committee’s General Recommendation No 27 (2000) on Discrimination against Roma, the Committee calls on the State party to suspend the planned eviction which would disproportionately affect the lives of the Gypsy and Traveller families, particularly women, children and older people, and create hardship, until culturally appropriate accommodation is identified and provided.

The Committee urges the State party to find a peaceful and appropriate solution which fully respects the rights of the families involved. Travellers and Gypsies already face considerable discrimination and hostility in wider society and the Committee is deeply concerned that this could be worsened by actions taken by authorities in the current situation and by some media reporting on the issues.
